Haya Alghanim is a filmmaker and artist based between Kuwait City and New York City. Haya Alghanim’s research and practice interests involve digital activism, collective intelligence and action, and the politics of art. Through her creative and professional practice,  she aims to preserve and represent modern Arab art and culture. Haya Alghanim works in the mediums of film, video, photography and new media. Alghanim received her MFA from Columbia University and holds a BA from The New School.
