Hanne König is an art scholar working on curatorial topics, exhibitions, publications and academic teaching. Her teaching and practice focus on feminist issues as well as collective, collaborative and/or transdisciplinary work processes, especially in contexts of art practice and exhibiting. Since 2017, she has been an artistic assistant in the field of scenography and exhibition design at the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design and, since 2020, a fellow at the DFG Research Training Group 2477 Aesthetic Practice. As part of her research, she is currently investigating the relationships and interdependencies between curatorial and aesthetic practices; these include literary writing and poetry as well as dance, choreography and performance.
