Magdalena Wisniowska is an independent researcher and curator based in Munich, Germany. Since completing her PhD in Visual Cultures at Goldsmiths in 2010, she has written on speculative realism, art and Deleuzian aesthetics, her essays published in Speculations, SubStance, Deleuze and Guattari Studies, Journal of Aesthetics and Phenomenology,  and most recently, Cosmos and History. In 2015 she founded the art project space, GiG Munich, currently active at Lothringer 13 Studio. There she curates, writes exhibition texts, and organises talks and discussions relating to art and philosophy.
