Chapter 4: Talking bodies, thinking arms - a mapping of lateral entry
with Sofia Gold, Nikolai Gümbel, Judith Hagen, Luisa Koch, Angelika Lepper, Jonas Rall, Mirja Reuter, Ivo Rick, Ursula Rogg, Adrian Sölch, Vasilii Vikhliaev, Matt Wiegele
Artists from the class for Quereinstieg/artists pedagogy at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste München address the phenomenon of work and value in its cultural, material and socio-economic dimensions. In a staged Thinking Together (with human and non-human actors), existential resources such as (life) time and money, conviction, artistic vision, shaping what surrounds us, wanting to dedicate ourselves and happiness are negotiated. The eshibition space of Lothringer 13 becomes an infrastructure in which artists enter into an exchange about work, value and meaning with experts in lateral entry and exit as well as with visitors.
