Spielraum am Arbeitsplatz: Über unbekannte Formen von Arbeitskampf [Room for manoeuvre in the workplace: On unknown forms of industrial action]
with Heiner Heiland (sociologist), Falko Blumenthal (IG Metall Munich), Julia Reif (Professor of Business and Organisational Psychology)

What is more effective: fighting against structures or driving change from within a structure? While the effects of strikes are much discussed in public, individual and non-organized forms of action in the daily work process still receive little attention in research and discussion. What forms of such micro-resistance are known? How can they contribute to the self-empowerment of employees? And how can we be inspired by previously fictionalized futures of work in order to change the world of labour for the better for everyone?

The panel discussion will take place in cooperation with neuland & gestalten at GESELLSCHAFTSRAUM. Free registration via www.gesellschaftsraum.org
